ILLNESS AND ABSENCE
There are only a few illnesses that require exclusion from group care. When there is fever, diarrhea, or any of the other symptoms outlined below, parents are asked to keep the child at home or if illness develops at school, parents will be asked to come and pick up the child immediately. The symptoms include:
Severe coughing or trouble breathing
Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
Unusual spots or rashes
Severe Headache
Diarrhea or vomiting
Infected Skin Patches
Stiff Neck
Sore throat, trouble swallowing or loss of appetite
Unusual Behavior
