Play, Explore, Learn, & Travel with Little Sun People’s Cultural Explorers!

The LSP Culture Explorers Summer Program is an opportunity for our LSP students of past, present and future  to  reaffirm  pride in one's African heritage. During  the summer months   our program aims to expose  our students to  the African Diaspora through the exploration of regions that include, but are not limited to Egypt, East Africa, South Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, New Orleans, and NYC.

Each week our summer culture explorers experience these regions through field trips, science, outdoor exploration, gardening, art, three-dimensional sculpting, writing, poetry, and cooking classes. A fun packed 7 week program that starts with learning ends with outdoor play where bikes, scooters, playgrounds, and sprinklers rule!

Summer hours are 8:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday for children 2-10 years old. For more information about our  2016 Cultural Explorers  Summer Program  please contact us.
